Chorizo Picante

For me, Spain in a word is Chorizo.

Every region has their own version, and every region believes their version is superior to the rest! This product is a fermented version.

Although spicy, this cured chorizo will not blow your head off!


This spicy cured chorizo is based on my original chorizo recipe with a few subtle changes.


Stuffed into a 35mm casing and matured for 2-3 weeks it creates a well rounded and flavoursome salami.
